The Forge allows players to reforge and improve their equipment. It does not allow for the creation of new equipment from scratch.
Reforging is done using the materials brought to players by their monsters, drops in battles, or purchased in the Bazaar's item shop.
Upgrading
- No bindings for increasing any proc stats exist.
- Only stats that already exist on the gear can be increased. No new stats may be added.
- Stats can only be increased.
- Each upgrade level adds 1% to the base stat in question.
- Each upgrade adds 1 level to the equipment (similar to Item World).
- Most upgrades are limited to 20 levels, except for physical and magical damage which go up to 50 levels.
- This upgrade cap can be increased by Forge Level.
Enhancements
- Gives time-limited bonuses to equipment in order to make them more powerful.
- Requires a shard to activate.
- Expires after 4 hours real-time.
- Multiple shards can be applied the same equipment simultaneously.
- Additional shards can be applied multiple times to extend the effect's duration.
Forge Level
Every time a player upgrade an equipment, the forge will gain a certain amount of experience.
- The Forge level is capped at 50.
- The amount of experience depends on the quality of the upgraded equipment and the level of the upgrade. It ranges from 1-10.
- The amount is unaffected by the rare materials/bindings used.
- Rather than 'level of the upgrade', it is the amount of different basic material used which actually change the amount of experience gained
- A legendary equipment will gain about five times the experience compared to an average equipment.
- The upgrade cap will be increased by Forge level.
Forge Ranks
- Experience to reach next forge level = (Current forge level * 20) + 20
- Upgrade cap increases by 2% per forge level, rounded down
- At forge level 50 the upgrade cap will increase from 50/20 to 100/40

Materials Costs
- Each upgrade requires some basic materials and 1 binding corresponding to which stats get upgraded.
- The amount required varies based on the equipment's quality and the number of upgrades already done in that stat. As the equipment is upgraded further it will require more high-grade materials, although the total number of materials needed should remain the same.
- For rarer equipment (phase, kevlar, shade, power, shield armors) a special component is required to upgrade them by a level in a stat. Doing so however, allows for all other stats to be upgraded to that level without another special component.
