Leveling up occurs when a player earns enough EXP. Its occurrence will be indicated in the combat log as well as below the player's stat bars.

Effects

Every Level

Certain Levels

  • Every 10 levels grants an aura point.
  • Every 10 levels below level 100 grants a new Rank.
  • A new arena challenge is unlocked:
    • At level 2.
    • Every 2 levels (up to level 12).
    • Every 5 levels (up to level 100).
    • Every 10 levels (up to level 200).
    • Every 20 levels (up to level 300).
  • A new tier of abilities is unlocked:
    • Every 10 levels (up to level 110).
    • Every 20 levels (up to level 200).
    • At level 250.
  • A class of monsters are unlocked in the Ring of Blood:
    • At level 50
    • At level 75
    • At level 100
  • At level 164 custom monsters may appear with Spirit Bars and therefore Spirit Attacks
  • At level 428 a player should be able to meet any custom monsters

EXP required for next level = (current_level + 5)^((1.8932743 + pi / 10.03318263060212)^(1 + current_level / 500))
