Level Scaling is a game mechanic in the HentaiVerse mini-game. It pertains to the effective stats of a given piece of equipment.
How It Works
All stats for equipment have a certain range in which they can be rolled when they are generated. These stats are permanent, as in that when they have been rolled, nothing can change them. Additional stats can be added by Forge upgrades and potency increases. The stats on any piece of equipment scale based on the player's level.
Each stat has a scaling factor expressed as a formula:
scaled_stat = (1 + level / level_factor) * base_stat
For example, for Elemental Damage Bonus, which has a level scaling factor of 50, the value increases by 1/50 of its "level 0" value per level. Inserting the equipment's level into the formula gives the actual stats of the item.
The following are the known level factors for each equipment stat:
| Weapon Damage / Attack Damage Bonus | 16⅔ |
| Magic Damage Bonus | 22.75 |
| Attack/Magic Accuracy Bonus | 5000 |
| Attack/Magic Critical Bonus | 2000 |
| Block/Evade/Parry/Resist Chance | 2000 |
| Physical/Magical Mitigation | 2000 |
| Specific Physical Mitigation (e.g. Slashing) | 2000 |
| Elemental Mitigation (Fire, etc) | 2000 |
| Magical Proficiency Bonuses | 35 5/7 |
| Elemental Damage Bonuses | 50 |
| Primary Attributes | 35 5/7 |
| Proc Duration | 200 |
| Drain Procs1 | 25 |
| Burden | 800 |
| Interference | 800 |
| Mana Conservation2 | ∞ |
1 - Drain proc factor confirmed for HP drain. Consistent with observed values for MP and SP, as far as can be established given the small size of the numbers involved.
Burden and Interference are always static.
