Donation

Donations allow users to support E-Hentai financially. The method for doing so is limited to Bitcoins.

How-To

1. Convert funds to BitCoins or use a BitCoin client.
2. Visit the Donation page.
3. Send the desired amount of BitCoins to the wallet on the page (unique to each user; note that this is a deposit-only wallet and cannot be used for any other purposes).
4. Enter an amount in USD to donate (can also be used to Adopt-A-Server).
5. BitCoins in a user's E-Hentai wallet will be converted to USD at the time they are applied to a donation using the exchange rate shown on the Donation page. E-Hentai uses whichever is highest of the 7-day and 24-hour weighted averages provided by bitcoincharts.com plus a 10% bonus to cover for transaction fees and random volatility. It is recommended for those who have just purchased BitCoins to complete the transfer ASAP.
6. Users DO NOT need to send any PMs after the transaction has been confirmed; donations are credited automatically.

Buying BitCoins

• The most recommended sites to use are Coinbase, Bitstamp, BTC-e, or Circle.
• To buy from other individuals use LocalBitcoins.
• Check if your local area has a BitCoin ATM.

Rewards

• Donations are cumulative; e.g. if a user donates $20 then an additional $30 later on, that will count as $50 in donations for that user's donation level.
• Adopt-A-Server slots do NOT count towards a user's donation level.

One-Time

• 10,000 credits per every dollar donated.

Stars

Stars are gained by reaching certain donation amounts. These rewards are permanent and cannot be deactivated. Possessing any hath perks prior to receiving a star which includes them will result in a hath refund.

• Daily rewards are received by triggering a Dawn of a New Day.
• Daily free archive amounts are filesize-based and are averaged over a 7-day sliding window. They do not apply to recreated archives.
• The Mod Power bonus is part of the capped portion.

Trading for BitCoins

Users may exchange E-Hentai currency or HentaiVerse assets for BitCoins as long as they are sent directly to an E-Hentai wallet address. Any other trading for BitCoins is not permitted. Users may locate their E-Hentai wallet address via their Donation page. Prices and potential trading partners may be found via the WTB and WTS forums.

Other Cryptocurrencies

Ethereum, Dash, Litecoin, zCash, Monero, and Bcash/Bitcoin Cash may be used for donations based on their average value on CoinMarketCap at the time of the transaction plus 10%. For further instructions on these PM Tenboro.

PayPal

PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy states that "You may not use the PayPal service for activities that: (2) relate to transactions involving (i) certain sexually oriented materials"; no definition is given for this. They may freeze accounts and deduct $2,500 per violation (as a "reasonable minimum") from any account at their sole discretion. Transactions for "sexually oriented digital goods delivered through a digital medium" are specifically prohibited.
