HentaiVerse

  • Major list of changes here. Includes:
    • Removal of proficiency damage modifier
    • Removal of skill damage bonus for higher than required overcharge
      • Spells get a reduced cost or reduced casting speed based on how much higher a player's proficiency is vs. the required proficiency
      • Having a proficiency higher than a monster's level will grant a counter-resist bonus for spells targeting it
    • Overcharge will no longer be a percentage, will likely change to a "number of charges" system

Other

Abilities

  • Tooltips for abilities outside of battle[20] (Due in 0.77)

Monster Lab

  • Class-specific changes[21]
    • Class-specific penalties and bonuses outside of base stats[22]
  • More elemental types for higher-tier skills[23]
  • More materials as gifts depending on chaos upgrades?[24]
  • A new ability system, including slotable upgrades[25]
  • A monster slot cap of 200 (currently 255; those who have already gone beyond 200 keep them)[IRC] (Due 0.76)
  • Monsters will stock up on up to 3 gifts if not checked perfectly and the random factor will be removed[IRC]
    • This is still affected by the Affection chaos upgrade[26]
    • The timeframe for the stocking up on gifts caps at least under 1 week
  • Food will be needed to keep monsters participating in battles[IRC] (Due 0.76; this particular factor of food is NOT)[27]
    • Each unit of food is worth 2,000 points each are consumed (over the course of 12 hours?)
    • Monsters can consume up to 12,000 food (3 days' worth)
    • Food will have a 10% chance per drop roll
    • No ability to auto-feed
    • All current and new monsters will start with full food
    • Starving monsters will lose morale faster
    • Food comes in 3 different tiers; higher difficulties increase the chances for higher tiers to be dropped
      • The base drop rate for tier 3 food at IWBTH is 0.45%[28]
  • Monsters will have "morale" which gradually decays over time (at a rate of 1,000 per day?); monsters that reach 0 morale do not bring gifts[IRC]
    • Morale can only be raised with crystals or Happy Pills
    • Crystals restore morale roughly equal to how many are spent; this caps at 12k+ upgrades which are worth 15 days' morale (12,000 morale?)
    • Happy Pills raise morale by 6,000 (under 1 weeks' worth), will drop at a base rate of 0.015%
    • All current monsters will start with full morale, new ones start with 0
    • Monsters' morale will freeze after 3 days of inactivity
  • Food and pill drop rates are not affected by any drop roll modifiers besides the drop rate ones[29]
  • All crystal upgrades for monsters will scale so that they may receive +25 in all primary attribute and +50 in elemental resistance upgrades regardless of class[IRC] (NOT due in 0.76)
    • This means that the max PL of all classes will be 2160
    • Example: A fully upgraded humanoid would have 200 STR, 350 DEX, 280 AGI, 200 END, 280 INT, and 245 WIS (scaled down based on monster stats formulas)
    • 12k crystals will be the estimated point for +30 ER and +13 PA
  • Custom monsters being able to buff each other[IRC] (Not due for a long time)

Skills

Proficiencies

  • Rewards for inactive proficiencies (maybe)[30]
  • A change to the burden modifier for Heavy armor proficiency[31]
  • A new proficiency type for Niten Ichiryu[32]
  • Proficiency will provide: Action Speed, lower Spell Costs, Anti-Resist, Resistance, and increased Spell Duration[IRC]
    • This caps at double the level which results in: -25 monster specific mitigation, -50% monster resistance, +25% casting speed, and -25% mana cost
      • For monsters the prof must be double their level; for spells the prof must be double the cap

Items

Equipment

  • More sorting options for the Equipment panes UIs
  • Even more Forge features[37]
  • Some form of accessories[39] that will provide MDB/ADB (possibly other stats as well)[IRC]
  • The ability to rename gear (this also makes it untradable)[40] (Due 0.75)[41]
  • A different level 10 Potency for staffs[42]
  • Weapons being sharable between different equipment sets[43] (Due 0.76)[44]
  • Improvements to the Light armor type[45] (Due 0.76)[IRC]
  • Increased returns of non-binding materials from salvaging forged equipment (maybe)[46]
  • Improvements to the Cloth armor type[IRC] (Due 0.77)
