In the HentaiVerse, items are obtained by killing monsters and completing arena challenges. Training can increase the chance for some items to drop from slain monsters, and affect the quality and type of those drops.

There are ten types of items: Battle Powerups, Restoratives, Infusions, Scrolls, Special Items, Artifacts, Trophies, Tokens, Collectibles, and Crystals.

Battle Powerups

During a battle round, any defeated monster has a chance of dropping a powerup. These powerups are automatically slotted in the "P" item slot of the player's inventory. You can only have one powerup at a time and cannot receive a new one until the current one is used. They persist between rounds of a battle, but are destroyed at the end of a battle series. Training has no effect on their drop rate. Using one counts as a turn for buff durations but not for combat (due to a technical limitation involving Action Speed).

Mystic Gem Grants the Channeling effect for several turns or until a spell is cast.
Health Gem Restores 100% of your base health.
Mana Gem Restores 50% of your base mana.
Soul Gem Restores 25% of your base spirit.

Restoratives

These may be set to your battle inventory via the Character's Item screen. A players starts with 3 item slots and may increase them via the Abilities menu at levels 10, 30, 50, 70, and 150 or via Rat Pack Training. If set to AUTO they will restock themselves out of battle as long as their is sufficient supply.

Health Restoratives

Lesser Restores 20% base health on use + 10% base health per turn for 10 turns.
Average Restores 40% base health on use + 15% base health per turn for 10 turns.
Greater Restores 60% base health on use + 20% base health per turn for 10 turns.
Superior Restores 80% base health on use + 25% base health per turn for 10 turns.
Godly Restores 100% base health on use + 30% base health per turn for 10 turns.
Elixir Restores 100% base health on use + 30% base health per turn for 20 turns.

Magic/Spirit Restoratives

Magic and Spirit restoratives are separate, they simply have the same percentages.

Lesser Restores 8% base mana/spirit per turn for 5 turns.
Average Restores 10% base mana/spirit per turn for 5 turns.
Greater Restores 12% base mana/spirit per turn for 5 turns.
Superior Restores 16% base mana/spirit per turn for 5 turns.
Godly Restores 20% base mana/spirit per turn for 5 turns.
Elixir Restores 20% base mana/spirit per turn for 10 turns.

Last Elixir Restores 20% base health, mana, and spirit per turn for 10 turns.

If set to AUTO they will restock themselves during battle as long as there is sufficient supply. These increase a player's elemental resistance, add an elemental damage to their attacks, and increase the damage done by spells of that element. Only 1 infusion effect may be active at any time.
