Weapons
Weapons can be divided into three different categories.
One-Handed Weapons
- Dagger, Shortsword, Wakizashi, Axe, Club, Rapier
Two-Handed Weapons
- Longsword, Scythe, Katana, Mace, Estoc
Staffs
- Ebony, Redwood, Willow, Oak, Katalox
Armor
Armor can be divided into three different categories with various types of each. Each type has particular strengths and weaknesses and suit the needs of different character builds and play styles.
Shields
- Buckler, Kite Shield, Tower Shield
Cloth
- Cotton, Gossamer, Phase

Light

Note: Other equipment from older versions of the game may be found in the Bazaar's Equipment Shop that no longer drop from battles.
Prefixes and Suffixes
All Equipment has prefixes for the quality of an equipment and a suffix that provides an extra effect.
Prefixes
Quality
The prefix of the equipment determines the quality of the equipment. Quality has an effect on the stats of the equipment, where higher quality equipment generally has better stats and lower interference and burden. Higher quality equipment also have more difficult monsters in their respective Item Worlds and likewise reward more EXP. The base chances of receiving Magnificent or Legendary quality are 0.0005% and 0.000025% respectively.

- Average
- Fine
- Superior
- Exquisite (~+5% additional bonus to all its stats)
- Magnificent (~+10% additional bonus to all its stats)
- Legendary (~+20% additional bonus to all its stats)
Ethereal
Weapons with the quality grade of fine or above can also the very rare prefix Ethereal. They have no interference or burden. They do Void damage, which is significantly better than normal on all boss-class or higher monsters.
Older ethereal weapons do Soul damage and will be upgradable to Void in the future [1].
Suffixes
Suffixes are special characteristics that can be found on all weapons and armor and add or improve certain stats. For the full list, see Equipment Suffixes.
Equipment Popups
To open a popup window listing the stats for a piece of equipment, simply mouse over the equipment (in either the Equipment Shop or the character equipment screen) and press "C". Caps Lock must be off and your browser must be set to allow popups from the HentaiVerse. This allows the stats or the equipment URL to be copied and pasted, for example in a forum post.
