This is a list of the various equipment procs in the HentaiVerse.
All weapons are generated with a status effect that can proc on successfully hitting an enemy. The chance of it being applied is determined by the specific piece of equipment with a maximum chance of 25% (but see this [1]). The specific proc is determined by the type of weapon. In addition, landing a critical strike will always proc your weapon's status effect (while Dual Wielding, only the mainhand proc is guaranteed).
The three procs are:
Piercing Weapons (i.e. Rapiers and Estocs):
Penetrated Armor: The armor of this target has been breached, reducing its defenses.
- Duration capped at 7 turns.
- Penetrated Armor essentially negates the affected monster's Shield Rating. This results in increased damage from all variable damage attacks with a physical component (normal attack, and spirit, not bleed).
Slashing Weapons (i.e. Daggers, Axes, Shortswords, Longswords, Katanas, Wakizashis, Scythes):
Bleeding Wound: A gushing wound is making this target take damage over time.
- Duration capped at 7 turns.
- Bleeding Wound damage is consistent -- it is not affected by difficulty, monster type, etc.
- The listed damage for Bleeding Wound is actually base damage. The amount of damage dealt in combat is affected by the relevant Weapon proficiency and can be calculated using the formula
Combat Damage = Base Damage x (1 + Proficiency/200)
Crushing Weapons (i.e. Clubs and Maces):
Stunned: A powerful blow has temporarily stunned this target.
- Duration capped at 4 turns.
