VIPs are classed as inactive for failing both of the below-listed requirements:

Made at least 50 vigilante posts in the previous year at the time of the last active status tally
Started at least 500 valid tags in the previous year at the time of the last active status tally

Active status will be tallied annually. Tallying may be postponed when there is an active tag vote, or one is expected to be held soon.
