- Description: A grouping of siblings engaging in sexual activity with the same partner simultaneously.
- Notes: Requires the group tag. For parent and children engaged with the same sexual partner simultaneously see oyakodon.
- Gender: The genders of the siblings determines whether the tag is placed in mixed, male, or the female namespace. If the siblings are of the same sex use that namespace, any combinations of the two different genders use mixed:shimaidon.
