Object:
to replace English words appeared in template:ContentTag to Chinese words.

• update log:
  • Change #3 . Tag Type format is now added.
    • Added parameter description.
  • added missing item for activities, tools, etc. mapped tag subtypes to the Chinese fetish list page.
  • Change #2 . fixed missing Japanese, and all block should work as intended. user may use this template to directly write Chinese tag without worrying about the (most of the) format.
  • updated to current code of ContentTag, replaced all ContentTag with CNContentTag, and see if any already translated page still show English categories.

Know issue： some tag types do automatically change to their respective Chinese form, but the English word remains.

• examples:
  • type=Activity -> 標簽類別: 活動 Activity / 視覺
  • type=Tool -> 標簽類別: 工具 Tool / 視覺
