Could you re-point all "type values" to their respective fetish listing? -Binglo (talk) 13:30, 24 March 2013 (UTC)

Eh, that page is still being tweaked. I'd like to make sure no tag ends up in the (Other) subsection if possible. - Maximum Joe (talk) 14:46, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
Amputee's Type says "Attribute", which isn't in the Fetish Listing; and "amputee" itself shows up in two places in the listing. And that's hardly the only tag with such problems, I'm sure. I don't know how you want this to work. Besides which, Costume/Animal are already pointing to Gallery Tagging#Usage Guidelines... PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 17:26, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
The fetish listing you have created Joe, is very good. It gives users a very easy way to overview every tag we have. IMO we should start using it as soon as possible. -Binglo (talk) 17:30, 24 March 2013 (UTC)
PDDNM, it's not meant to mimic the "types" in tag articles at all, and things can be listed under several fetishes. binglo, yea it needs at least one more going over, and a home for the (Other) tags. The types should probably receive subtypes. Here's an example for piss drinking:

Yeah, that's doable...I'll set that up in a while. PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 12:44, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
Would it be OK to add a new "type" - shortcuts, where the fastest way to tag anything can be listed (one for each gender) for example dark skin: mds (Male Dark Skin) and fds (Female Dark Skin)? -Binglo (talk) 17:47, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
Not really a good idea; it's a bad habit. The less you type something the less you think about it. - Maximum Joe (talk) 18:07, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
Done (finally =/ ). You can do subtypes if you want, now. I made room for 3 for now; if anything would need 4, that sounds like it'd need to be reexamined to me (although I kind of feel the same way about 3 even...). PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 03:55, 30 March 2013 (UTC)

A new slave group is needed "miscgroupid", please add - thanks! -Binglo (talk) 11:11, 2 April 2013 (UTC)

Bump -Binglo (talk) 11:43, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
Does this look okay? For an example with only two slave groups, see this, or for one, see this. Using a new format like this (or something else) may be preferable, since writing out "Slave Tags" three times would be very long. (I momentarily forgot about the synonyms note; I'll figure something out for that in a few minutes.) PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 15:13, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
At the moment, I've arranged the synonyms note to work with what's currently in most templates. If we went through those and took off the final punctuation, I could just put the note in parentheses instead, like this:
  • Slave Tags: Female - Misc - Male (with notable synonyms worgen and yiff)
Thoughts? Preferences? PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 15:55, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
Looks good! Can we try switching the "-" into a "|" instead tho? -Binglo (talk) 17:15, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
That's not a problem, but I think it looks weird. You can check it out yourself, though. But do you want the parens for the synonyms note, or just the "--" that's in the current mock up? Or if you like the bars, a comma or even nothing might work as well. PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 17:58, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
How about this then: Slave Tags: Female, Misc, Male - With notable synonyms worgen and yiff -Binglo (talk) 09:01, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
That looks alright, I suppose. Implemented to working template. PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 17:26, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
Sorry about the order, should be female, male, misc. -Binglo (talk) 09:33, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
It's just the order I originally did, really. I think it's a good order, but I can't give a special reason why, so whatever, I'll switch it. PeopleDon'tDanceNoMore (talk) 16:45, 10 May 2013 (UTC)
Thanks! :) -Binglo (talk) 16:27, 11 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Added Mixed, changed Misc to Other, order Female, Male, Mixed, Other. Let me know if this needs tweaking - Shank (talk) 11:19, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
