- Description: A pair of relatively identical looking siblings having sex with third person or each other. Likely to invoke the group tag.
- Notes: Does not count as incest unless the twins are having sex with each other.
- Gender: If the twins are the of same gender, the tag is placed in the namespace corresponding to that gender. If they are of different genders, the tag goes into Misc.
- Slave Tags: Female, Male
