- Tag Type: Creature / Visual
- Description: Fantasy creature as tall as or a bit taller than human. Usually with sloping forehead, jutting jaw, prominent teeth, and coarse body hair.
- Notes: Should not be confused with the pig man or pig girl tags.
- Gender: The gender of the orc determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
- Slave Tags: Female, Male - with notable synonyms troll and ogre.
