Reminder: Tags require sufficient presence to be applied, unless an exception is noted below. If a tag type is hyperlinked, refer to the linked page for any additional presence or tagging notes.

• Tag Category: Change, Gender

• Description: A character changes gender from their usual one through any means (e.g. gender morph, possession, and body swap).
• Notes: Should not be confused with crossdressing.

Presence extends to the duration of the person being of a different gender.

A female becoming a futanari/shemale does not qualify (see futanarization).

Acceptable when a male turns into a dickgirl (futanari/shemale).

For parodies (e.g. female ranma saotome) the change itself does not have to be shown.

• Gender: The original gender of the one changed determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
• Japanese: 女性転換（♂→♀）・男性転換（♀→♂）
• Slave Tags: Female, Male - with notable synonyms gender bender.
