- Tag Type: Attribute / Visual
- Description: A girl with both male and female genitals.
- Notes: Either futanari or shemale is required for the futanari on male, male on futanari, and futanari on futanari tags.
- Gender: Futanari counts as female, any tags concerning a futanari goes into the female namespace.
- Slave Tags: Female - with notable synonyms dickgirl and hermaphrodite.
