It is worth noting that the formulas for accuracy show percent changes are applied to the miss chance not the hit chance.
Isn't "Every point raises Magic Points by 1 except for every fourth point" just +0.75 MP per wisdom point?
This is important because the % reduction in miss chance is significantly less then a % increase of hit chances due the base value of miss being 20% and the base value of hit being 80%.
If every fourth point means to say that on quantity divisible by 4, then this is just means at 0 wisdom there is a non integer value for MP otherwise it would be every n-1 wisdom does not grant an MP point where n is wisdom values divisible by four.
Furthermore, because it calculates as a reduction of miss chances, multiple sources diminish your returns rather then amplify it. (100 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 25; delta of -75%; 100 * 1.5 * 1.5 = 225; delta of +125%).

Accuracy

Isn't "Every point raises Magic Points by 1 except for every fourth point" just +0.75 MP per wisdom point?
