在某些特定情況下，標籤否決員會被歸類為「不活躍」。灰色勾號表示這些用戶是屬於「不活躍」的標籤否決員。
清潔員角色的移除通常是基於長期的不活躍，或者是由他們主動申請。當他們回歸的時候可以再次爲他們分配這個角色。

職位 能力
論壇版主 編輯或者刪除論壇中的發文。全區版主可以對嚴重違反論壇規章的賬號施加發文限制。
IRC 操作員 在 IRC 頻道中踢出或者封鎖用戶。
EHWiki 管理員 管理本維基的編輯權限。可以編輯收到保護的維基頁面。
標籤 清掃 擁有本權限的用戶可以進行以下動作：
  • 以用戶滿值願力給標籤投反票。
  • 可以繞過願力限制對鎖定的實現邊框標籤投票反對。
  • 可以以-100點願力對上傳者設定的語言標籤進行移除。
標籤 否決 這些用戶擁有以下特權：
標籤 檢查 檢查用戶或者畫廊的標籤歷史。
命名空間檢查員 - 批准 為標籤審批追蹤器上的待定標籤執行通過，改名以及設定命名空間。
命名空間檢查員 - 合併 合併標籤,包括設定阻擋和命名空間還有為標籤添加曾用名。同時也可以駁回標籤審批追蹤器上的待定標籤。
畫廊 剔除 為之前被社區或者管理員取消剔除的畫廊再次提起剔除請求。
畫廊 鎖定 鎖定任何包含真實兒童或者其它非法内容（如真實殺戮和獵奇内容）的畫廊。
畫廊 管理 這些用戶擁有以下特權：
  • 獲得 +10 的基礎願力加成。
  • 對被過多頂起的畫廊進行更新鎖定。
