Galleries only need to contain one picture of this nature to be given this tag.

- Description: Graphic mutilation of something organic. Moderate blood or violence does not qualify.
- Notes: Should not be confused with snuff. Does not necessitate the blood tag. Is required for the low guro tag.

- Gender: The gender of the one getting mutilated determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
