Rulings

• For a scene to qualify for incest and inseki, the in-law, step, or adopted familial relationship must be valid at the time of the sexual activity. As such, the following instances do NOT qualify for the tags:
  • A sexual intercourse between the (soon to be) stepmother and stepson, before marriage between the stepmother and father.
  • A sex scene between the ex-stepfather and ex-stepdaughter, after the stepfather and mother have divorced.
