General Overview
The E-Hentai Gallery System is one of the core systems of the E-Hentai site, where users are able to contribute their own material in the form of one or more User Galleries.

Current Content Categories
Currently, there are nine categories that a user gallery can fall under.
Doujinshi
Commonly self published, doujinshi are H-manga that are very often based off of formalized content, such as anime, manga, videogames, or other products that have anime-like characters or mascots (such as as the synthesizer Vocaloid).
Manga
H-manga or just manga for short in the context used on this site, are published works almost always of original content by an artist or circle. It is common to see multiple H-manga serialized in larger magazines, and for these magazines themselves be called H-manga.
Artist CG
Computer generated artwork that are generally collections of their respective artists are listed as artist CG. Sometimes an image set is used in place of artist CG, and vice versa. It is usually up to the uploader to decide where it belongs.
Game CG
Computer generated work, often frames from Eroge (erotic games) are listed as game CG, and tend to be very large in the number of files in the actual gallery. Sometimes (but far less common than artist CG) an image set is used in place of game CG, and vice versa. It is usually up to the uploader to decide where it belongs.
Image Set
Image Sets are a generic gallery, used more often than miscellaneous when an uploader can't decide what category to place a gallery. They are often galleries of related content that are not manga or doujinshi.
Cosplay
Real people who dress up as characters in anime, manga, and videogames for general posing or for sexual purposes find their way to this category.
Real Porn
The real porn category exists for users who wish to share their own collections of pornography (non cartoon related).
Miscellaneous (abbr. misc)
Miscellaneous is, for the most part, the dumping place for unrelated content that is put up by an uploader. Sometimes this category is used for very small galleries, or is commonly misused when another gallery is more appropriate. The Miscellaneous category is also used on occasion for yaoi and homosexual content.
Private
Though not a formal category, private galleries are user galleries that the user has opted not to share with the rest of the E-Hentai Gallery community. Often they are personal galleries, reuploads of other galleries that the user wanted for him/herself, etc.
