- Tag Type: Activity / Visual
- Description: Three insertions occurring to one person simultaneously. Combinations are often a double penetration with the remaining orifice also penetrated, or a double vaginal / double anal with the other rear orifice penetrated.
- Gender: The gender of the one getting penetrated determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
- Slave Tags: Female, Male
