Elec is one of the elemental damage types in the HentaiVerse RPG system. Presumably, it's an abbreviation of "Electric(al)".
Elec spells can proc the following status effect on targetted monsters:
Deep Burns: Internal damage causes slower reactions and lowers evade and resist chance. Fire resistance is lowered.

- Lightning: A bolt of lightning strikes the target, causing Elec damage.
Thunderstorm: A thunderstorm surrounds all hostile targets, causing Elec damage.
