- Tag Type: Activity / Visual
- Description: More than two people engaged in sex simultaneously.
- Notes: Is required for the harem, mtf, mmt, mmf, ttm, ttf, ffm, and fft-threesome tags.
- Two couples having sex separately or a bunch of girls standing around does not count.
- Gender: If the group only consists of one gender, add it to that respective namespace; futanari and shemale both count as female. If the group has more then one gender use misc:group.
- Slave Tags: Female, Male
