Elec is one of the damage types in the HentaiVerse RPG system. Presumably, it's an abbreviation of Electric(al).
Elec spells can proc the status effect Deep Burns on targetted monsters, which slows reactions and lowers evade and resist chances. Fire resistance is also lowered.
