The DDCTD's goal is to prevent people from creating new tags that would fail conditions required for otherwise healthy, easy-to-monitor tags:
* tags that have been suggested and deemed too dangerous (either by the administration or by the suggesting user) in the past;
* tags that are very hard to define objectively;
* tags that are too minor or too vague;
* tags that do not pass [[presence]];
* tags that have been blacklisted due to heavy misuse.

Potential tags may be included. Community users are free to define those tags using the correct thread on the forums but must keep in mind that they are dangerous and require a lot of draft work to ensure decent handling by the community.

Examples of tags currently included in the DDCTD:
* age difference
* denki anma
* full submission
* older female on younger female
* role reversal
* saliva swapping
* spitting
* verbal abuse
* younger female on older female
