- Tag Type: Activity / Visual
- Description: Mutilation of a living thing. Moderate blood or violence does not qualify.
- Notes: Should not be confused with the snuff tag.
- Does not necessitate the blood tag.
- Gender: The gender of the one getting mutilated determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
- Slave Tags: Female, Male
