Reminder: Tags require sufficient presence to be applied, unless an exception is noted below. If a tag type is hyperlinked, refer to the linked page for any additional presence or tagging notes.

  • Description: Character dressing up as another character. This does not include general cosplay such as school, nurse, or maid uniforms.
  • Notes: Should not be tagged on galleries in the cosplay category.
    • Presence of cosplaying character(s) allows for tags of the relevant series and character names (and naming indicator).
    • Does not invalidate sole male/female/etc. tags.
  • Gender: The gender of the one wearing the cosplay outfit determines if the tag is placed in the female or male namespace.
