Canon Gender
- A characters main gender is considered their canon gender, even if in the source material they can swap.
- For example, ranma saotome is a male character, who can transform into a female. Because his canon gender is that of a male, any galleries showing him as a female will count as m:gender change and m:gender morph.
- When depicted as a male, f:gender change or f:gender change does not qualify, as his canon gender is not female.
Cosplay Galleries
- Cosplayers appearing visually as a different gender (e.g. a male cosplayer photoshopped into a female) are tagged with gender change. The namespace is based on the cosplayer's original gender.
- Fetish tags are tagged based on the cosplayer's visual gender.
