I would like to see a decent argument for having the non categorized items for Misc (save for The Forge and Dawn of a New Day) and Hentai@Home in the HVnav navbox. Unlike all the other items that surely belong in this navbox, these items are not directly related in the same sense that the other items are. Credits and credit transfers are standalone from the Hentaiverse, discounting the fact that rewards and transactions are in credits. However, credits are used everywhere on the site, and not just the Hentaiverse. Hentai@Home and Adopt-A-Server is the primary way to generate Hath, which in turn buys Hath Perks (of which a minority are related to the Hentaiverse). Again, I don't see a direct relation. Simply put, I find the inclusion of these items are adscititious (stop telling me this word is wrong auto-correct lol) and unnecessary, considering how big it became in such a small amount of time.

When you are victorious in battle, some monsters may drop items or equipment that are automatically stored into your item inventory. The majority of items are consumables; that is, use one and it's gone. Most consumables are used to restore health, mana, or spirit, and can be of the following:

*Draught: Recovery over 12 turns (15 for Health Draughts). (''No longer dropped'')
*Potion: Recovery over 5 turns (10 for Health Potions).
*Elixir: Substantial recovery over 10 turns (20 for Health Elixirs).
*Elemental Infusions: Increase the respective elemental resistance and spell damage as well as converts physical attack damage to elemental damage for 25 turns.
*Scrolls: Provide special versions of supportive magical effects for extended durations.

Numerous levels of efficiency exist for each type of restorative item.

For example, an Average Health Potion recovers 40% of your base health on the first turn as well as 15% of your base health per turn over 10 turns (190% total).

Keep an eye out for rare items such as elixirs, or even artifacts (which are non-consumable).

==Combat==

Combat can be initiated by [[Random Encounter]]s (which happen approximately once per hour while browsing the E-Hentai site), by entering [[Arena]] battles, by starting [[Grindfest]]s, or by visiting the [[Item World]]. Each battle will spawn a number of [[HentaiVerse Bestiary|monsters]] for you to fight. You will always act first.

When it is your time to perform an action, you may choose between 7 different actions:

*Attack: Basic physical attack, applying attack stats against your target's defense stats. Hotkey is 'Q'.
*Magic: Prompts you to select a [[Spells|spell]] to cast. See the spells section above for details. Hotkey is 'W'.
**Pressing the hotkey 'R' will recast the previously cast spell on the previously selected target, or yourself if a friendly spell was cast. If no spell was cast, hitting R will have same effect as selecting Magic. If the previous target is dead, it will open the Magic menu and select the previously cast spell, but not cast it. Recast works even if you do other actions in between.
*Spirit: Perform your [[Spirit Attack]] on a target. Hotkey is 'E'.
*Skills: Prompts you to select a skill. Currently the only skill implemented is the "Flee" skill, which you can double-click to run from the battle. Note that this takes a full turn to execute, so monsters will get a chance to attack before you escape. Hotkey is 'A'.
*Items: Prompts you to use an [[Items|item]] from your battle inventory. Note that the battle inventory is NOT the same as the item inventory. Items in the item inventory must be moved to the battle inventory, before they can be used. This is accomplished from the [[Character Menu|Items page]]. Hotkey is 'S'.
*Defend: Increases your defenses for the turn (+25% physical and magical mitigation), but you skip your action for the turn. Hotkey is 'D'.
*Focus: Increases your chance of landing a spell on the following turn (+50% hit chance, -25 effective interference), but reduces your your evade, block, and parry chances to 0% for the current turn. Hotkey is 'F'.

Enemies can also be targeted using the hotkeys '1' through '0' (either on the home row or number pad), with 1 corresponding to the Monster A and 0 to Monster J.

The Quickcast spells can also be selected using the hotkeys 'Alt+1' through 'Alt+0', where the number corresponds to the spell's slot number.

After you select your command and execute it, each enemy will perform an attack, spell, or spirit attack. Most of the time, this will result in the end of a turn, though sometimes certain abilities take longer to perform than others, like Area-of-Effect spells. In this case, some enemies may act a second time before you can respond. Combat ends when you or your enemies' health is reduced to zero, or you successfully flee from battle.

There is no penalty if your health is reduced to zero, except that you'll be ejected from the Grindfest/Item World/Arena battle you are currently fighting. You need only spend a few items outside of battle to be restored to full, or just wait for your regenerate stats to restore you over time.

Sharing content can be done independently on the particular forums and sites on which a user wishes to do so. The system can generate BBCode and CSS-skinnable HTML for direct inclusion as external galleries, and can also host a customizable gallery for the user locally. All that is need for this is to register for an [[E-Hentai Forums]] Account.

The User Galleries, by default, have up to four ads of mixed type and content on the main page, and two when viewing a gallery. *Since the event systems and the User Galleries are not actually integrated, a peculiar quirk occurs. Currently this issue cannot be fixed without removing events from galleries.

The system directs a user to the particular page that would have an event once every hour, but if the user does not have an active event or does not qualify to get a new one it will redirect the user to the ad that would be there.

Currently this issue cannot be fixed without removing events from galleries.

The E-Hentai Gallery System is one of the core systems of the [[E-Hentai]] site, where users are able to contribute their own material in the form of one or more user galleries. A user can upload private and public galleries of hentai and anime-related content, which they can use on the E-Hentai Forums and other sites and forums in order to easily to maintain and share content with other people.

Sharing content can be done independently on the particular forums and sites on which a user wishes to do so. The system can generate BBCode and CSS-skinnable HTML for direct inclusion as external galleries, and can also host a customizable gallery for the user locally. All that is need for this is to register for an [[E-Hentai Forums]] Account.

The User Galleries, by default, have up to four ads of mixed type and content on the main page, and two when viewing a gallery. The locations of these ads are on the top and bottom of the page, and two on either side of the gallery search box, of which the top and bottom ads are persistent throughout the gallery system.

Commonly self published, doujinshi are H-manga that are very often based off of formalized content, such as anime, manga, videogames, or other products that have anime-like characters or mascots (such as as the synthesizer Vocaloid).

==== Manga [[Image:Manga.png]]====
H-manga or just manga for short in the context used on this site, are published works almost always of original content by an artist or circle. It is common to see multiple H-manga serialized in larger magazines, and for these magazines themselves be called H-manga.

==== Artist CG [[Image:Artistcg.png]]====
Computer generated artwork that are generally collections of their respective artists are listed as artist CG. Sometimes an image set is used in place of artist CG, and vice versa.

==== Game CG [[Image:Gamecg.png]]====

== Gallery Point Value ==

Originally, the value of GP was static, at a rate of .2 credits equaled one GP (similarly, 5 GP would equal 1 credit). However, the value of GP now is variable, dependent on how much GP is converted by users globally over the time, between each conversion. While the actual conversion amount fluctuates widely, the conversion rate is often between 17 GP to 23 GP per credit.

For the sake of the [[Doggie Bag]] system however, GP still retains its static value where 5 GP is equivalent to 1 credit.

The exact weighing algorithm is still subject to change. Seed ratio is capped to a factor between 0.1 and 2.

Being ranked in multiple different toplists is also cumulative; if you are 1st place in two different categories, then you would receive 40 exp and a 100% increase in experience.
