Use this template on pages for doujinshi in order to get a nice, uniform infobox.

Explanation of the parameters
title: The title of the infobox, generally the same as the page title/doujinshi title.
image: The address of an image of the cover. Generally get these from the galleries.
orig_title: The original title of the doujinshi. This will generally be kanji+kana, but could be English or other Latin text, too.
romaji_title: A transliterated version of the title. Only use this if the title originally had some kanji/kana.
translated_title: A translated version (or several) of the title. Don't fill this in if the original title was in English.
circle: The circle (or circles) that released the doujinshi. Don't confuse this with the artist. For commercially published manga, you can put the publisher here.
artist: The artists/authors of the doujinshi. Don't confuse this with the circle.
released: The release date of the doujinshi. Many doujinshi are reprinted several times, so you can put here the publication date of the edition you're planning to link to.
convention: The convention at which the doujinshi was released.
series: The series (one or many) that the doujin parodies. Leave it blank for original doujin.
