It is an oppressive plutocracy, ruled with iron fists by the corrupt Tenboro and his conspiring cabal, also known as the Catgirl Camarilla. There is no resemblance of democracy. The dictator always makes sure to provide the population with so-called "updates", keeping their minds off any thoughts of rebellion. This is worsened by the constant infighting caused by intentionally ambiguous laws and regulations.
