For the longest time I can remember, the primary difference that E-H had placed between H-Manga and Doujinshi is that a doujinshi is basically a fan art of an already established series or character. That being said it might be a good idea to include the anime/manga/videogame that the doujinshi is based off of, even if it is obvious.

Well, properly the difference between doujin and manga is that doujin are self-published, so there are a number of original doujinshi, too. That said, look in Category:Anime, Category:Manga, and Category:Games for a listing of original works. The subcategories of those (e.g. Category:Sailor Moon) contain the doujinshi that are based on them, which is what you're looking for, I think.

I stuck a 'series' field on the infobox so you can see it there, too, if you enter it.
