Equipment

Equipment in the HentaiVerse is categorized into two different types, Weaponry and Armor.

Weapons

Weapons are split into three kinds, One-Handed, Two-Handed, and Staffs.

• One-Handed Weapons (1H)
  • Seven Total: Dagger, Shortsword, Wakizashi, Axe, Club, Rapier, Sword Chucks
• Two-Handed Weapons (2H)
  • Five Total: Longsword, Scythe, Katana, Mace, Estoc
• Staffs(Staves) (SV)
  • Five Total: Ebony, Redwood, Willow, Oak, Katalox

Armor

Armor is categorized into six areas of defense, Shields, Helmet, Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet. All armors except shields are also divided into varying levels of strength namely, Cloth Armor (CA), Light Armor (LA) and Heavy Armor (HA). It has been said by Tenboro that the armors have "Four kinds of cloth, three kinds of light, two kinds of heavy".

Quality, element, suffixes

All Equipment has a tiered scale of Prefixes such as quality grade (QG) and Element (EL) as well as suffixes of unknown effect. Tenboro states "All generated gear has an inherent "gear level". While this doesn't actually affect the inherent stats of the item, it will be used by the equipment scaling/balancing subsystem to increase gear power with level. And no, you probably won't be able to equip items with a gear level above yours - although it's possible I'll build in a down-scaling to the minimum of the gear level and the character level, seeing as the system easily enables that."

• Quality Grade (QG) is separated by those below Average and by those above Average. At this point in time, it is not known how the qualities are ranked beyond that point.

• Element (EL) (Many members on the forums have claimed to be earning many of the same element and so it can be assumed that these are tiered by relative level)

• Estimated Order
  • Bronze LVL 17-22 Novice-Apprentice (Members whateverman, eushully, killa, Hitora, Master S, and boxospam have earned at least 6 of these)
  • Iron LVL 25-41 Apprentice-Journeyman-Artisan (Members Galdric, Red Piotrus, IcedZero, clamps, Chavalier, AglowGolem, CHEPPE, and torotuna have earned at least 12 of these)
  • Silver LVL 27-42 Apprentice-Journeyman-Artisan (Members Dndestroy, ganossa, IcedZero, Areslade, dudujp, Blutkaefer, ShinoriCZ, n3k0, and Warren have earned at least 12 of these)
  • Steel LVL 42-57 Artisan-Expert (Members Forth Lancer, moonflow, EvolutionKing, Alpha 7, Warren, and Sayo Aisaka have earned at least 8 of these)
  • Gold LVL 46-65 Artisan-Expert-Master (Members megaplayboy, moonflow, and EvolutionKing have earned at least 4 of these)
  • Platinum LVL 65-79 Master-Champion (Members megaplayboy, thetriman, Cyriel, DemonEyesBob have earned at least 13 of these)
  • Titanium LVL 85-99 Hero-Lord (Members TheBigR, Dlaglacz and Niagatrats have earned at least 21 of these)
  • Mithril LVL 100-130 Ascended (Member Tenseigamoon has earned at least 2 of these)
  • Emerald LVL 131-142 Ascended (Members Ebil☆Panda and cptkleenex have earned at least 19 of these)
  • Sapphire LVL 151- Demon Adept (Member hitokiri84 has earned at least 21 of these)
  • Ruby LVL 161- Demon Adept (Member hitokiri84 has earned at least 1 of these)

There are some difficulties in determining the exact tier of Iron seeing as there is currently an overlap of Iron and Silver levels. It is of the opinion of the original poster that Gold is higher than Steel as Member moonflow received both and stated that they earned the Gold equipment when fighting at a higher difficulty.

• Suffixes (SF) can be found on both Weapons and Armor with all Suffixes being preceded by of. Weapons and Armor each have Suffixes as follows.

  • Balance, the Battlecaster, the Curse-weaver, Destruction, the Elementalist, Ethereal, Freyr, Focus, the Fox, Heimdall, the Nimble, the Owl, the Ox, the Priestess, Protection, the Raccoon, Slaughter
• Suffixes for Armor (SFA)
  • the Barrier, the Cheetah, Dampening, Deflection, the Demon-fiend, the Elementalist, the Fire-Eater, the Fleet, the Fox, the Frost-Born, the Heaven-sent, Heimdall, the Nimble, the Owl, Protection, the Raccoon, the Shielding Aura, the Spirit-ward, the Stone-Skinned, the Thrice-blessed, the Thunder-Child, Warding, and the Wind-waker.
