Void

In the past, several types of monsters' special attacks dealt Physical damage. After the introduction of Piercing, Crushing, and Slashing damage, only one monster still dealt Physical-type damage, which has since been changed to Void damage in patch 0.6.0.

Soul

The player's Spirit Attack is a special attack which deals soul damage based on your overcharge percentage, attack rating, magic rating, and spirit points.
Older weapons with the rare "Ethereal" moniker changes their normal damage type to Soul damage. Newer ethereal weapons do void damage.

Tier 12 Soul spells can proc the following status effect on targeted monsters:

Ripened Soul: Attacking this target will restore your health by a small amount.

Tier 18 Soul spell Soul Fire can proc the following status effect on targeted monsters:

Soul Fire (Status Effect): The very life essence of the target has been set ablaze, damaging it over time. Using Soul Burst will cause this effect to explode.
- If the primary target is under the effect of Soul Fire, the base damage of Soul Burst is multiplied by a factor of (1 + 0.04 * interference_modifier). If Interference is 50 or over, interference_modifier is 0; if Interference is below 50, it is (50 - Interference). Soul Burst will also reproc the Soul Fire effect on any enemy already affected by it.
