Moved this table here because it's not easily readable, and unlike some other stats, the base value is not viewable from a game source (therefore, there is no way to know which value a weapon will scale by without observing the levels it changes at themselves). I am not sure many, if any, players will be concerned with the exact levels at which their weapon will gain the next duration level - the clarification that these values are not inherent but will scale up ''if soulfused (old wiki page claimed it was player-level based, which is not true at least in 0.86'' should be enough. -lestion
