The Evil Phoenix is The Fiery Avian Lord of the Ending of All Things, and a loyal follower of Luna. The Evil Phoenix, on EH and HV, is the one who brings corruption to the ponies of Equestria, and commands an army of ponies.
Outside of that, The Evil Phoenix runs a scripts mirror, which mirrors some of the scripts found in the article HentaiVerse Scripts & Tools, and some other scripts not listed in that article, but listed in the Scripts Thread on EHForums .
