Line 1: Line 1:
Huh. How is the number of enemies decided, both here and in the Item World? I know that for Random Encounters it's 1-5 under lvl 100, and 5-10 over it, but is it an even distribution of probability, or is there a curve of some sort? Is it influenced by the round number? I'm just curious because 15 different arenas guarantee that on average you'll fight at least 5 monsters for every .05 bits of stamina lost, and I'm want to know where Grindfest and IW stand on the "average monster count per stamina drain" scale. --Destructorspace (talk) 03:01, 30 January 2013 (UTC)

Nobody really knows. Only thing I can say is that it increases from ~1-3 monsters in round 1 to ~6-10 monsters in round ~50+. Varst (talk) 05:22, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
... New question. Does the damage % cap at 100%, does the growth rate slow down, or does it just keep ramping up? I think I noticed more damage near the end of 156 rounds of IW compared to round 100, but I didn't think to record the damage amounts, and see what the difference, if any, there was. --Destructorspace (talk) 01:04, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
It keeps going up at the same rate (1% per level). Varst (talk) 05:54, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

Huh. How is the number of enemies decided, both here and in the Item World?
